I called someone in another department.
"Sterile Processing, this is Dena."
"Hi Dena, this is Cara from Value Improvement for Patients returning your call."
"OK, where are you from?"
"Kansas."Yes. I'm that doofus. Clearly I knew her by name and face better than she knew me by name and face. I didn't realize until I blurted out "Kansas" that she was still trying to figure out who the heck I was.
